Bell Microproducts Named As Princeton Digital (USA) Corporation Distribution Partner
Bell Microproducts to Offer LCD Monitors to Multiple Markets in the United States

June, 2004—Bell Microproducts (Nasdaq:BELM) announced today the signing of an agreement with Princeton Digital (USA) Corporation to provide LCD displays to system builders, VARs and OEMs in the United States.

The agreement includes the Princeton’s LCD series product, for which Bell Microproducts will focus on the education, SMB, government, white-box builder and end user markets, as well as Princeton’s SENergy series product, for which Bell Microproducts will target OEMs in the medical, graphics, government and education markets.

The LCD Series offers 15, 17 and 19-inch models. The displays are competitively priced and feature outstanding performance in a space-saving cabinet. Their Active Matrix TFT-LCD panels allow users to view images from almost any angle, while their high-contrast ratio and high brightness provide brilliant color saturation and image clarity. By incorporating analog and digital interfaces, the SENergy Series displays are feature rich. They provide the utmost in display performance and compatibility of today’s analog video standards, while guaranteeing compatibility for tomorrow’s advanced digital standards.

Bell Microproducts will support the line with its Forecast-Driven Materials Management, Logistics, Automated Tools and Integrated Supply-Chain Management programs.
